You can find mockup images together with my comments at this wiki page. I am eager to hear any comments on this either here or on the wiki.

This is fantastic. Can't wait to see something actually implemented (sorry, I don't have much specific criticism to give)
Objavio jonner u June 13, 2006 4:21 AMNice, nice, albeit a bit hard to understand at first (it will probably make much more sense to "outsiders" once it's actually implemented ;)
wow!, the screenshots are impresive.
Some questions from the developer viewpoint, would the gtk-doc api be reachable through this, if yes, could incorporate an annotations section where anyone could add comments to any functions, like php documentations -> http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.chr.php
Objavio Tux u June 13, 2006 1:12 PMAPI documentation will be part of library, but I am against user comments as a part of interface. Maybe there would be an option to share your annotations with others but that is all.
Mailing lists, IRC channels and forums are prefered for user to user interactions. http://live.gnome.org wiki is also important resource for howto and tutorial style developer's documentation.
Objavio Goran Rakić u June 13, 2006 1:34 PMYour mockups are great.
Red isn't a good color for normal-user even developer or students' documentation. You should use a friendly color (e.g. lightgreen) at least for the normal user doc.
Objavio Ahelus u June 30, 2006 2:04 PMExperience showed that php documentation systeme is reallllllly great ! Some time you don't want to surf all over the web to find something related to XXX function, it could be there just as it is in the php doc.
I don't know what is the difference between annotation and comment but an easy way to share piece of code is a MUST-HAVE.
good work !
